In order to maintain our neutrality as a corporate entity to ensure
continued comercial relations with all governments who may wish it,
Quest Pte. Ltd. does not take mercenary or intelligence contracts.

As such, Quest will not take contracts whose purpose is to gather
information (such as surveys) within the recognized territory of a
government other than the one offering the contract.

Furthermore, it is understood that some contracts may be between
governments with open hostilities in close proximity to front line
areas.  Quest will not provide any information to either side
regarding their military and cilvilian fleets and holdings and both
sides can be assured that activities performed by Quest will not
compromise their military security.  This will remain true whether or
not a government has an active contract.

However, combatants should be warned that attacks upon Quest vessels,
personnel, or holdings may negate any such neutrality.
